Red White and Blue Cake Mix Cookies

For the Crust:

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup red and blue sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Fold in red and blue sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  4. Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
