Easy Pineapple Heaven Cheesecake

A creamy and tropical no-bake cheesecake with a delightful pineapple topping.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice (reserved from can)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix drained crushed pineapple with reserved pineapple juice. Spoon over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
