For the Crust:

- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium saucepan, melt peanut butter and honey over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add quick oats and chocolate chips, mixing until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
