For the Crust:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey (if using) until well combined.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries, leaving some whole for texture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon small dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the sheet.
- Sprinkle granola over each yogurt dollop.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm. Serve chilled.
