Crock Pot Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Easy and delicious chocolate peanut clusters made in a slow cooker.

For the Crust:

  • 16 oz white chocolate chips
  • 16 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 24 oz dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Add all ingredients to a 4-quart slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  3. Once fully melted, drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper and let cool completely.
