For the Crust:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
