Easy Cranberry Brie Bites
- 1 1/2 cups whole berry cranberry sauce
- 8 oz brie cheese
- 2 puff pastry sheets thawed
- Thyme (for garnish)
- Preheat Oven:
- Set your oven to 375°F.
- Prepare Puff Pastry:
- Cut puff pastry sheets into squares approximately 3 inches in size. Place these squares into mini muffin tins, pressing them gently to fit the tin’s shape.
- Add Brie and Cranberry Sauce:
- Put a 1-inch slice of brie in the center of each pastry square. Top each with 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce.
- Bake:
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the corners of the pastry are lightly browned. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
