For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 24 small pretzel sticks

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 24 small balls, about 1 inch in diameter each.
  3. Roll each cheeseball in the chopped pecans until fully coated.
  4. Insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheeseball bite.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
