Easy Chocolate Crepes

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat a lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until edges lift easily. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with desired toppings.
