For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until well combined.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto each tortilla, then roll them up tightly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into 1-inch pinwheels.
