For the Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cheese and pepperoni.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring just until dough comes together.
  5. Drop dough by 1/4 cup portions onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
