For the Crust:
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Rinse strawberries and pat dry. Cut off the tops and hollow out the centers carefully with a small spoon or knife.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
- Pipe the mixture into the hollowed-out strawberries, filling them generously.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each strawberry for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
