Easy Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip

A rich and creamy caramel apple cheesecake dip made with cream cheese, cool whip, brown sugar, and vanilla, perfect for parties or cozy nights.

  • 1 cup cool whip, extra creamy
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, dark brown recommended
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping
  • Apples, sliced for serving
  • Nilla wafers, for serving
  • Graham crackers, for serving
  • Chopped pecans (optional), for serving
  • Caramel sauce, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the brown sugar and vanilla bean paste, and continue to beat until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the cool whip until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
  5. Serve immediately with sliced apples, Nilla wafers, graham crackers, chopped pecans, and caramel sauce for dipping.

Notes

This dip can be made in advance and refrigerated for up to 24 hours. For best flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and extra creamy cool whip. Adding flaky sea salt on top enhances the caramel flavor.
