For the Crust:

  • 1 package (15 count) frozen phyllo cups
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to crisp. Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in crumbled bacon and diced tomatoes.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the cooled phyllo cups.
  5. Top each cup with shredded lettuce before serving.
