For the Crust:

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Toss sausage pieces in the sauce mixture until evenly coated, then spread them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until sausages are caramelized and cooked through.
