For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (9.75 oz) Doritos (nacho cheese flavor)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and cook according to packet instructions.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
- Crush half the bag of Doritos and spread them evenly in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the cooked ground beef over the Doritos, then pour the soup mixture on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the casserole, then top with the remaining crushed Doritos.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with diced tomatoes and green onions before serving.
