A cheesy, crunchy, and flavorful casserole made with ground beef, Doritos, and a creamy sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (9.75 oz) Doritos (nacho cheese flavor)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and cook according to packet instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
  4. Crush half the bag of Doritos and spread them evenly in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked ground beef over the Doritos, then pour the soup mixture on top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the casserole, then top with the remaining crushed Doritos.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with diced tomatoes and green onions before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
