Decadent Dulce de Leche Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

Rich and creamy chocolate cheesecake bars swirled with dulce de leche on a buttery graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the prepared pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
  4. Divide batter in half. Mix cocoa powder into one half. Pour chocolate batter over crust.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dulce de leche over chocolate layer. Swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until center is set. Cool completely before chilling for 4 hours.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
