For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
- Divide batter in half. Mix cocoa powder into one half. Pour chocolate batter over crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of dulce de leche over chocolate layer. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until center is set. Cool completely before chilling for 4 hours.
