Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

A delicious and easy lasagna made with frozen ravioli, marinara sauce, and cheese, all cooked in a crockpot for a hands-off dinner.

For the Crust:

  • 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Arrange a single layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  3. Sprinkle with mozzarella, Parmesan, and dollops of ricotta cheese.
  4. Repeat layers, ending with a final layer of sauce and cheeses.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours, until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
