Crispy Flatbread with Brie, Cranberries & Toasted Walnuts with a Maple Syrup Drizzle

A deliciously crispy flatbread topped with creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy toasted walnuts, and finished with a sweet maple syrup drizzle, perfect for an elegant appetizer or snack.

  • 2 flatbreads or naan (mini naan recommended)
  • 6 oz brie cheese, sliced (rind on or off, your choice)
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup toasted walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  3. Remove flatbreads from oven and evenly arrange sliced brie on top.
  4. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until brie is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle dried cranberries and toasted walnuts over the melted brie.
  6. Drizzle maple syrup evenly over the flatbreads before serving.

Notes

For best results, use mini naan for a perfect crispy base. Brie rind is edible and adds flavor, but can be removed if preferred. Toast walnuts lightly in a dry pan to enhance their crunch and flavor before adding.
