Creamy Cajun Crab Pasta Salad

A zesty and creamy pasta salad featuring tender crab meat, crisp vegetables, and a bold Cajun-spiced dressing.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, then rinse under cold water and drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, and lemon juice.
  3. Add cooked pasta, crab meat, bell pepper, celery, red onion, and parsley to the dressing. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
