Creamy Beef and Macaroni Soup

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare macaroni according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large pot, sauté diced onion until softened, then add minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, then drain excess fat.
  4. Season beef with salt and pepper, then add marinara sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy whipping cream and cooked macaroni. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
