Creamy Alfredo Mac and Cheese

A rich and creamy twist on classic mac and cheese with Alfredo sauce for extra indulgence.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine.
  3. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir until well coated. Serve warm.
