Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Balls

A sweet and savory holiday appetizer featuring a creamy blend of cheeses, tart dried cranberries, and crunchy pecans, rolled into festive cheese balls.

  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 oz goat cheese, room temperature
  • 4 oz white cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 1 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese, and white cheddar cheese until smooth and well blended.
  2. Fold in dried cranberries, chopped pecans, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls or one large ball, then roll in additional chopped pecans for coating.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature cheeses for easier mixing. Substitute walnuts for pecans if desired. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
