Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top before serving.
