Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in cranberries and orange zest.
  5. In another bowl, whisk sour cream, egg, and vanilla.
  6. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  7. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a circle.
  8. Cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
