For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and coat them evenly with the ranch mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each ranch-coated chicken tender into the cheese and bacon mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  6. Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with additional ranch dressing if desired.
