Crack Chicken Tenders

Crispy, cheesy, and flavorful chicken tenders that are easy to make and perfect for dinner.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Coat chicken tenders evenly with the mixture.
  3. Press shredded cheddar cheese onto both sides of each chicken tender, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place tenders on the baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
