For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Coat chicken tenders evenly with the mixture.
- Press shredded cheddar cheese onto both sides of each chicken tender, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place tenders on the baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
