Cozy Cinnamon Apple Tea with Ginger

A warm, caffeine-free tea featuring simmered gala apples, fresh ginger, and cinnamon sticks, sweetened with pure maple syrup. Perfect for cozy fall evenings.

  • 57 pieces fresh ginger, sliced
  • 2 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 4 ½ cups water

Instructions

  1. Chop the gala apples and slice the fresh ginger.
  2. In a pot, combine the apples, ginger pieces, cinnamon sticks, and water.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20-30 minutes until the apples are soft and the flavors are infused.
  4. Remove from heat and strain the tea into cups.
  5. Stir in the pure maple syrup to sweeten.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy the cozy flavors.
