Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

A simple and delicious corn casserole perfect for any occasion, featuring a creamy texture and a crunchy topping.

  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup crushed crackers (such as Ritz)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, milk, eggs, shredded cheese, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle crushed crackers evenly over the top of the corn mixture.
