Irresistible Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Deep-Fried Oreos

A decadent twist on classic deep-fried Oreos, filled with creamy cheesecake and coated in a crispy batter.

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Carefully twist apart Oreo cookies. Spread a small amount of cheesecake mixture on one half, then sandwich back together. Repeat for all cookies.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, and 1 tbsp oil to make the batter.
  4. Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pan to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Dip each stuffed Oreo into the batter, coating completely, then carefully place in hot oil. Fry in batches for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
