Coconut Mango Bliss Balls

Delicious no-bake energy bites with tropical flavors of coconut and mango.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup dried mango, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, blend almonds until finely ground.
  2. Add dried mango, shredded coconut, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until mixture sticks together.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
  4. Optional: Roll balls in extra shredded coconut for coating.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
