Chicken Club Pasta Salad

A zesty pasta salad that captures the flavors of a club sandwich, featuring chicken, bacon, cheese, and vegetables tossed in a creamy dressing.

  • 8 oz corkscrew pasta
  • 1 lb cooked chicken, diced
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Muenster cheese, shredded
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, bacon, Muenster cheese, celery, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Italian dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  5. Stir in the diced avocado just before serving.

Notes

This salad is best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 5 days. It’s a versatile dish suitable for both main courses and side dishes.
