  • 2 grapefruits, peeled and segmented
  • 1 lemon, peeled and segmented
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the orange, grapefruit, and lemon segments.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, honey, fresh thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the tangy dressing over the citrus segments and gently toss to combine.

Notes

Use fresh thyme for best flavor. Adjust honey to taste if a sweeter dressing is preferred. This salad pairs well with grilled chicken or fish for a light meal.
