For the Crust:
- 6 slices of bread, cubed
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for topping)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add the cubed bread to the egg mixture and stir until all bread is coated. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Divide the bread mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing down slightly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and set.
- While muffins are baking, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Remove muffins from oven and immediately brush with the butter-sugar mixture.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
