Churro Cheesecake

A delicious fusion of churros and cheesecake, featuring a cinnamon-sugar crust and creamy filling.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent dough and press into the bottom of the dish, sealing seams.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over dough.
  4. Unroll the second can of crescent dough and layer over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour melted butter evenly over the top. Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over butter.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
