For the Crust:
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup caramel bits
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange pecan halves in small clusters.
- Melt caramel bits in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle melted caramel over each pecan cluster and let cool for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the caramel-coated pecans and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Allow clusters to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm.
