Chocolate Pecan Turtle Clusters

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange pecan halves in small clusters.
  2. Melt caramel bits in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Drizzle melted caramel over each pecan cluster and let cool for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the caramel-coated pecans and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Allow clusters to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm.
