For the Crust:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in flour until just combined. Fold in marshmallows, dried cherries, and chocolate chips.
  5. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
