For the Crust:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in flour until just combined. Fold in marshmallows, dried cherries, and chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
