For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup (optional for glaze)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Take a small portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a pinch of shredded cheese in the center, then fold the meat around it to form a ball.
- Place each stuffed meatball into the prepared muffin tin. Repeat until all mixture is used.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked. Brush with ketchup glaze if desired during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
