A rich and savory baked dip loaded with sausage, bacon, and cheese, perfect for parties and gatherings.

  • 8 ounces breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add cooked sausage, bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
  7. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

For extra flavor, use smoked sausage or add a dash of hot sauce. This dip can be prepared a day ahead and baked just before serving for convenience.
