  • 1 pound pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to approximately 12 x 20 inches.
  3. Sprinkle seasonings, cheese, and pepperoni evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll the dough lengthwise into a tight roll.
  5. Place the stromboli in a bundt pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, forming a ring.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Flip the stromboli onto a baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with marinara sauce.
