Cheesy Pepperoni Stromboli Bake

A delicious and easy-to-make cheesy pepperoni stromboli bake featuring pre-made pizza dough, mozzarella, parmesan, and pepperoni, baked to golden perfection and served with marinara sauce.

  • 1 pound pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Sprinkle flour onto a countertop or cutting board and roll out pizza dough to approximately 12 x 20 inches.
  3. Sprinkle salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning evenly over the dough.
  4. Evenly distribute shredded mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and pepperoni slices over the dough.
  5. Starting with the nearest long side, roll the dough lengthwise away from you, making a tight roll.
  6. Place the rolled dough into a bundt pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, pinch the ends together to form a ring.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven, carefully flip the stromboli ring onto a baking sheet, and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the top.
  9. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve with marinara sauce.

Notes

Using a bundt pan helps create a perfect ring shape for even baking. Letting the stromboli rest before slicing allows the cheese to set, making it easier to cut and serve.
