Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Pillsbury Original Biscuits
  • Mini mozzarella balls
  • Salami slices
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Cut each biscuit in half to have 16 pieces of dough. Roll out flat.
  2. Place salami slices, pepperoni slices, mozzarella balls, and a pinch of oregano in each piece of dough. Wrap them up into a ball and place on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Mix together the melted butter, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt. Brush the tops of each bomb.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 14-18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve with warm marinara sauce and enjoy.

Notes

For best results, serve these pizza bombs warm to enjoy the gooey cheese and crispy edges. You can freeze leftovers and reheat them in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes. Using mini mozzarella balls instead of shredded cheese ensures better melting and texture.
