For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the chicken. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds. Divide chicken mixture evenly among tortillas.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Fold the sides of the tortillas in and roll tightly to form wraps.
- Optional: Serve with sour cream and garnish with fresh parsley.
