For the Crust:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the chicken. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds. Divide chicken mixture evenly among tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Fold the sides of the tortillas in and roll tightly to form wraps.
  5. Optional: Serve with sour cream and garnish with fresh parsley.
