For the Crust:
- 8 chicken wings, cooked and crispy
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the cooked chicken wings in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Add 2 garlic butter-coated chicken wings on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing and top with shredded lettuce.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Place wraps on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and tortilla is slightly crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
