For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 1/2 cups white rice, cooked
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs (if using) on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
