For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 (28 oz) bag frozen french fries
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- Arrange frozen french fries in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until fries are golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
