A comforting casserole that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with crispy french fries for a hearty and delicious meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 (28 oz) bag frozen french fries
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  6. Arrange frozen french fries in a single layer on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until fries are golden and crispy.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
