For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder (if using).
- Add the grated cheese and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and lightly grease it.
- Divide the dough into small portions and flatten them into bread shapes.
- Cook each bread on the pan for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm.
