  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder (if using).
  2. Add the grated cheese and mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Divide the dough into small portions and flatten them into bread shapes.
  7. Cook each bread on the pan for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
