Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars

Delicious no-bake bars with a crunchy base, gooey caramel layer, and rich chocolate topping.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (14 oz) bag caramels, unwrapped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and pecans in a bowl. Press firmly into the prepared pan.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt caramels with heavy cream, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour over crust.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until caramel sets.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Spread over caramel layer.
  6. Chill for 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
