For the Crust:

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and chopped onions.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Form the mixture into small patties and place them in the pan.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
